Terms and Conditions

தயவுசெய்து கீழ்க்காணும் நிபந்தனைகள் மற்றும் வழிகாட்டிகளை பின்பற்றுங்கள்:

1. முன்பணம் கொள்கை

• கருவிகள் அல்லது சேவைகளை பயன்படுத்தும் முன் ₹500 முன்பணம் கட்ட வேண்டும்.

• உங்கள் வேலை நேரத்தின் அடிப்படையில் அந்த தொகை கழிக்கப்படும் (1 மணி நேரத்திற்கு ₹100).

2. நேரம் மற்றும் கட்டணங்கள்

• உங்கள் வசதிக்கேற்ப வேலை நேரத்தை தேர்வு செய்யலாம்.

• உங்கள் நேரம் முடிந்ததும், கூடுதல் 1 அல்லது 5 நிமிடம்கள் இருந்தாலும், ஒவ்வொரு நிமிடத்துக்கும் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.

• தற்போதைய கட்டணம் சலுகை விலையாகும் மற்றும் முன் அறிவிப்புடன் எந்த நேரத்திலும் மாற்றப்படக்கூடும்.

3. பொறுப்புகள்

• வழங்கப்படும் கருவிகளில் எந்தவொரு சேதமும் ஏற்பட்டால், நீங்கள் அதற்குப் பொறுப்பாளி.

• உங்கள் சொந்தப் பொருட்கள் மீதான பாதுகாப்பும் உங்களுடைய பொறுப்பே.

4. கருவிகள் மற்றும் பழுது திருத்தம்

• எந்தவொரு இலவச கருவிகளும் அல்லது spare parts-ஐயும் வழங்க மாட்டோம்.

• நாங்கள் பழுது திருத்தத்திற்கு எந்தவொரு உதவியும் வழங்க மாட்டோம். (நீங்கள் கற்க விரும்பினால், நியூட்ரானில் சேரலாம்!)

5. மென்பொருள் பயன்பாடு

• வழங்கப்படும் மென்பொருள் கருவிகளை சட்டவிரோதமாக பயன்படுத்தினால், நியூட்ரான் எந்தவித பொறுப்பையும் ஏற்காது.

6. பணம் திருப்பி வழங்கப்படாது

• கட்டப்பட்ட பணம் எவ்வித சூழ்நிலையிலும் திருப்பி வழங்கப்படாது.

7. அடையாள அட்டை

• ஆதார் அட்டை கட்டாயம்

8. பரிந்துரை செய்து சம்பாதிக்க

• பரிந்துரை செய்ய, நீங்கள் ஹப்பில் உறுப்பினராக சேர்ந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

Terms and Conditions

Please follow these guidelines to ensure smooth and fair use of our services:

1. Prepaid Policy

• A prepaid amount of ₹500 is mandatory before using any equipment or service.

• Charges will be deducted based on your work hours (₹100/hour).

2. Time & Charges

• You can choose your work hours.

• Once your time is up, you will be charged accordingly for every additional minute — even just 1 or 5 minutes.

• The current payment is an offer price and is subject to change at any time with prior notice.

3. Responsibility

• You are responsible for the equipment provided. Any damage must be compensated.

• You are also responsible for your personal belongings.

4. Tools & Repairs

• No free tools or spare parts will be provided.

• We do not offer repair support; you may repair it if you have the required knowledge. (If you’re interested in learning, you can join Niutraan and grow your skills.)

5. Software Use

Niutraan is not responsible for any illegal activities carried out using the provided software tools.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

7. ID Proof

•  Aadhar Card is mandatory.

8. Referral & Earn

• You must be enrolled in the hub to participate.

💼 NIUTRAAN HUB RECHARGE POLICY

🔹 NIUTRAAN RECHARGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Regular Users must recharge a minimum of ₹500.

• Premium Users must recharge a minimum of ₹1000.

🔹 NIUTRAAN WALLET SYSTEM:

• Upon successful recharge, the credited amount will be securely added to your Niutraan wallet.

• The prepaid amount will be automatically deducted from your wallet based on your usage duration.

• Please note, no refunds will be processed once the amount has been credited to your wallet.

🔹 NIUTRAAN USAGE & DEDUCTION RULES:

• Charges apply from the first hour, calculated on an hourly basis.

• After the first hour, all additional usage is charged based on minutes.

🔹 NIUTRAAN ACCOUNT SWITCHING:

• Switching user types (Regular ⬄ Premium) is not allowed.

Policies and Guidelines for Usage:

1. Liabilities on Failures:

   • We will not be responsible for any power failures, shutdowns, natural disasters, driver issues, or device failures.
   • In case of such failures during your working time, we will stop your timer temporarily.

2. Resuming Sessions:

   • Once the service is restored (power restored or devices are functional), we will resume your timer from where it was stopped.

3. Plan Modifications:

   • Any changes to the plan’s duration or price will only apply to your next recharge.
   • Your current wallet balance will remain unaffected and will continue under the original pricing and duration of the plan initially charged.

4. Wallet Usage:

   • Please utilize your wallet balance according to the specified duration. Any balance left will not be carried forward beyond that period.

5. Transfer of Wallet:

   • You may transfer your wallet balance to a friend at this HUB.
   • If your friend joins after your wallet balance is exhausted, you will receive an extra 5 hours added to your wallet.

6. Advance Tool Usage Notification:

   • You must inform us at least 2 hours in advance to use any advanced tools (hardware/software).

7. Software Credits:

   • If any credits are detected while using the software, you will be required to pay for those.

Note: All communication must comply with these guidelines for efficient service and accountability.
